DESCRIPTION:Bonjour\, \nVoici une proposition de sortie pour ceux qu’il veulent souffrir un peu  \nJe cherchais une trace fun\, technique avec pas mal de Km et du D+ pour me préparer à la fameuse rando de l’hivernal réputée très difficile. \nDr. Dru nous a proposé la trace que j’ai surnommé Milly “AïeAïe” \, au regard du profil en dent de scie (vous avez le lien ci-dessous) du D+ annoncé il y en aura forcément plus et des 47km. \nLe départ pour une rando est donné à 8h30 sur le vélo. \nle Rdv est donc à 8h15  : 2 Rue de la Station\, 91490 Milly-la-Forêt

DESCRIPTION:bonjour \nje propose une sortie VTT le dimanche 30/01 autour de Milly que j’ai reconnu à – 5 ° de là le titre. La sortie fait 32 km avec 480 m de D+. Elle ne s’adresse ni aux grosses cuisses\, ni à mon avis aux débutants (du fait du dénivelé) le point de rendez vous est sur le parking à la sortie de Milly au bout de la D142\, (aire de camping car de Milly) en direction le Vaudoué\,  il faut prendre le rond point comme si on revenait sur Milly. \n48 23.879 N 2 28 825 E \nJ’enverrai sur WATSAPP le fichier GPX \nJe réclame toute votre indulgence pour ma première proposition de sortie \nSerge THEPOT \n
